I practiced mainstream counseling for decades…

With traditional methods people are in therapy for months, even years. My clients reach their goals in 3 to 6 sessions, and some in only one.

My practice is based on an understanding I’ve gained over the past twenty-five years as a therapist; healing and growth arise naturally when the mind feels safe, supported, and welcomed to journey within. When awareness is directed inward deeper layers of mind, memory, and emotion reveal themselves. These inner landscapes are fertile ground for healing and places where new ways of thinking and feeling can take root and grow. 

With guidance and compassion, people discover that within them is a personal wisdom that knows the answers. Meaningful shifts of greater clarity, steadiness, and greater ability to respond rather than react to life are natural effects of a mind at peace. When understood, we realize our minds are not something to battle or overcome, but powerful pathways for healing and wholeness. 

I’ve seen it in my practice too many times to believe otherwise.

How It Works

Simple steps to get the support you need, from booking a consultation to starting your sessions.

Select a Service​

From the Service tab, select the Service you want to schedule. You will have the option of selecting a single session or save with a package of sessions.

Packaged sessions provide the greatest value and likelihood of achieving your goals.  Add-ons come with a discount.

Click the Book Now button of the Session-type you want to take you to my Booking page.

Choose Your Session

On the left-hand side select the Category of your Session-type.

Click the continue button for the Session you’re scheduling, next click the Book Now button, select your location: in-person for office or Zoom for remote session, then click continue.

Schedule Your Session

Add discounted extras, select the date and time, and fill in your details. You’ll see a summary of your information. If you are scheduling a package of sessions, you’ll be scheduling your first session.

Instructions for scheduling remaining sessions will be sent by email.

Complete Your Booking

The last step is to pay for the service you selected. Single sessions are paid in full upon booking.

Packaged sessions require a deposit of up to fifty percent of the package cost.

You’ll receive a confirmation of your booked session when completed.
