How Discovering Peace Works

Initial Session (90 minutes): 
Begin with an in-depth conversation to understand your goals, current challenges, and your personal definition of peace. Together, we create a personalized path forward, drawing from the modalities that best support your growth.

Subsequent Sessions (60 minutes each):
Each session offers a calm, restorative space that blends healing dialogue, hypnosis, and mindfulness practices. You’ll gently release what no longer serves you and cultivate a steady, lasting sense of inner harmony.

Between Sessions:
Receive guided meditations, mindfulness exercises, and reflective writing prompts to deepen awareness and sustain your sense of calm between meetings.
